EXHIBITION SHOWCASE
Discover the latest cutting-edge technologies and solutions tailored for your upcoming projects at the leading technical ceramics exhibition and conference.
Here's a sneak peek at some of the innovative products and participating companies awaiting you on the exhibition floor.
3M™ Nextel™ Ceramic Fibers and Textiles
3M™ Nextel™ Ceramic Fabrics 312 and 440 are high performance materials used for a variety of high temperature sealing and heat shielding applications. They meet the toughest thermal, mechanical and electrical performance requirements, performing beyond the limits of common high temperature textiles such as aramids, carbon, quartz and glass. They are also oxidation resistant, chemically inert, lightweight, flexible, flame resistant, and electrically insulating at high temperatures. As such, they are an excellent choice for service in high-temperature industries (e.g. door seals, rotary kiln seals, furnace linings).

GrindoSonic MK7 + MS (Measurement Station)
Semi Automated Measurement Accessory for Accurate Metrology
The station is a system where the object is placed (manually or via a pick & place robot) in the open space on the foam or on the supports above the sensor. As soon as the measurement is started (pushing the measure button on the MK7 screen or using the footswitch) the arm will move over the object being tested and perform a mechanical impulse, the measurement is registered and the arm moves away from the object. Thereafter the object can be removed from the foam and the next measurement cycle can be started. Find out more here.

D3-AM GMBH's LABII
D3's LABII printing system, equipped with the Micro Particle Jetting-Technology (MPJ)™, allows the direct printing of water-based, highly concentrated suspensions with nearly any particle size and distribution. This innovation enables the creation of complex, high-quality, and dense components through intelligent droplet generation, ready to be sintered with traditional sintering curves. Post-sintering, complex and dense components made of Al2O3 or SSiC are formed, which are not currently producible using any existing method.

ALMATIS PRESENTS THE THERMAFILL PRODUCT LINE
The Almatis ThermaFill products are specially designed alumina fillers to yield higher performance in thermal interface applications. These specialty alumina fillers provide a high value/cost option to increase thermal conductivity in polymer systems such as silicone, epoxy and more. The lower viscosity and higher packing efficiency with ThermaFill products allows a higher filler loading and the potential to increase thermal conductivity further. Utilizing Almatis ThermaFill aluminas allows efficient heat dissipation of electronic devices and thus extends equipment life with this reduced operating temperature.
Target industries: Automotive, Electroncs, Energy, Medical, Semiconductor

ERG AEROSPACE IS PROUD TO PROMOTE DUOCEL FOAM
Duocel is a foam structure comprised of a network of solid ligaments that form cells with open pores. Duocel stands apart from many other foams on the market because its individual ligaments are solid, offering strength and reliability, while its pores are open, allowing for fluids to pass through the entirety of the structure. This unique structure makes Duocel an extremely capable solution for high performance applications that require lightweight, compact, and efficient materials. Find out more about the product in this short video.
